Elite Speed Academy will utilize videos submitted by the athlete to conduct a comprehensive assessment, analyzing an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses through movement analysis.
Based on this, and taking into consideration the goals of the athlete, a personalized training program is crafted, refining running technique, speed, and agility.
The regimen includes specific drills, strength conditioning, and speed-focused exercises for optimal performance.
Continuous progress assessments ensure consistent development, allowing adjustments as needed. The coaching process prioritizes refining sprinting mechanics, offering guidance and continuous support for overall athlete improvement.
