At Elite Speed Academy, our Individual Coaching is centered on a personalized approach, meticulously addressing an athlete’s unique strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Through detailed assessments and sprint form analysis, our coaches create tailored training plans, targeting specific needs for enhanced speed, agility, and overall athletic capabilities.
With a focus on refining sprinting mechanics and agility through specialized drills, our coaching promotes better speed, efficiency, and overall performance. Additionally, our comprehensive guidance utilizing specific drills, strength conditioning, and plyometrics aims to elevate an athlete’s speed, explosiveness, and overall athletic prowess, ensuring they excel in their chosen sport.

How the Training will be
Conducted
Elite Speed Academy conducts a comprehensive assessment, analyzing an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses through movement analysis and performance evaluations. This is done through baseline sprint and agility tests and video recordings which allows for a more thorough assessment. In addition to an assessment tool, the video recording serves as an education tool so athletes are able to see their current movement patterns and compare them to optimal form.
Once baseline data is gathered, a personalized training program is crafted, refining sprinting technique, speed, and agility. The improvement plans include specific drills, strength conditioning, and speed-focused exercises for optimal performance. Continuous progress assessments ensure consistent development, allowing adjustments as needed. The coaching process prioritizes refining sprint mechanics, offering guidance and continuous support for overall athlete improvement.
